Once again I booked online for an appointment and was left waiting for my treatment for over well 30Minutes while staff attended to a group of walk ins in front of me. This has happened a number of times before. If your customers go to the trouble of booking a time then I think their appointment should get priority over walk ins.

Great service, staff were friendly and polite, and the salon was very clean and tidy. I had a spa pedicure and it was really good, very happy with my pedicure and the foot and leg massage and the massage chair were an added bonus. Definitely recommend.

This was a great experience overall, well presented salon and very friendly and accommodating staff. My nails are so nicely done, much better than the last salon I went to. Sarah was efficient but had a great eye for detail. Super friendly. Will definitely be back.

Unfortunately my visit here on Saturday didn't end well. I was treating an out of town friend to a pedicure. The staff member was rough with the heel file and went over an existing small wound on the side of her foot causing it to bleed and make bigger. Not the normal standard of service.

Got an eyebrow and lash tint. I left with smears of tint dye still around my brows and eyelids, so much excess tint had not been wiped off, I looked like I had thick eyeliner on.My brows are blotchy and wonky. So unhappy with the outcome.

Paid $75 after being told it was going to cost $60, I left with glue and top covering all my hands and under nails. Asked them to help get it off and they didn’t. Left pretty unsatisfied

Came here to try out the salon for the first time and my experience was ok. My nail tech was nice and the experience in the was fine but my nails didn’t come out looking great. There is glitter in the nude parts of the nail and it’s messy and shape is boxy and not the shape I was going for, i mentioned wanting them shaped more twice and was told because of the dip powder we used they couldn’t be done thinner but I’ll be going home to file them myself and probably wont be coming back. I think you should leave a beauty salon really happy with your service and not feeling like you have to fix it when you’re home especially for $80. I also had some sore skin afterwards around my nails and my finger tips from it being too rough
