1year since we bought this from Advantage which still looks mint :), though was abit upset with some things at first with there mechanical team of communication but they sorted all out really well, They are really friendly team and helpfull with there service highly recommend Darren, Luke & Ian the people to go if you need better service and satisfaction they are a reason we customers are really proud to be part of Advantage Cars :)...

My wife and I purchased a CX5 from the team at Advantage cars and couldn’t be happier with the car or the service we received. The groomer dropped the ball and the car wasn’t cleaned at all on pick up and he made the car look like a polka dot dress with the terrible touch up paint job he did but Luke and the guys went above and beyond to put things right for us. I would recommend Advantage cars to anyone, Luke you are a great asset to the team.

Fantastic service!We found the car online so came in for a test drive.All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly - not pushy at all as we have experienced in a lot of other car yards.Even the kids loved being there driving around in the electric cars!The car needed a bit of a tidy up, but this was all organized and completed to a very high standard and on time for pick up.Thanks again guys, will definitely recommend you to others, and will be back when the time comes to buy again!

I didn't end up purchasing a car from the dealership but just want to commend how amazing Luke Glenn was, the sales consultant. Friendly, knowledgeable, happy to help and all round a geniune nice guy. Would recommend this dealership for anyone after a good car and great service. Cheers, Campbell

Update 19/6/23: yes, great service when I bought the car. The licence version number was sorted two weeks ago after my purchase when an employee messaged me about not being able to transfer ownership as my licence version number was incorrect in my licence. So there was absolutely no reason for this to not have been done, nor the PO box cleared up and reminder notices and actual reg label forwarded.This place failed to change the ownership of my car into my name, until 7 months later, after me finding out they hadn't done it when I re-registered my car.. During this time, my renewal notices were still going to their PO Box, which they never passed on or clicked they were still getting them because of their failure to change the ownership. When I realised my rego had run out, I renewed it. The label obviously went to Advantage Cars as they were still listed as the owners. I didn't get my label so I rang NZTA who advised no ownership change had ever taken place.Having discovered this, I rang Advantage Cars in Botany and left a VM message, which they never responded to. I rang again a day later. Advised them what I'd found out from NZTA and they advised me that they had a dodgy staff member working for them who didn't do some of the paperwork he was supposed to, i.e., transferring ownership, and it had happened quite a bit.I asked for my car rego label to be couriered overnight to my home. Five days later, there was no label. Rang them today, and they haven't even bothered clearing their PO Box still. Despite assuring me earlier in the week, the owner does it daily, and the label would be couriered.I told them today that I'd like to pick up my car registration label as I am traveling to Wellington tomorrow. Said at the very least I would be expecting reimbursement of petrol (coming from Hamilton to Botany) and a reimbursement of the car rego cost for the 7 months of rubbish and lies. Had an argumentative man on the phone who got very angry and said they wouldn't be doing any of that. Needless to say, I was extremely annoyed and started the process of making a formal complaint to the MTA.Do not recommend buying from here, such a poor 7 month saga.

Purchasing a car can be stressful; thankfully, both Graham and Darryn made the process easy. I felt well looked after, and because they are one of only a few AA Preferred dealers, I had great peace of mind. They are a pleasure to deal with, and I would definitely use them again.
