The guy in the shop was not willing to help us. We were simply looking for a thermometer and it was clearly too much for him to help us even though it was not busy at all. Rude service.

Customer service looks excellent if you are over the age of 60. Was stood in the store at the counter for 10 minutes being ignored as other elderly customers were served. Even ones that had come in after me. Felt invisible and ignored even after I made it clear I was waiting to just pay.

Fantastic customer service! You are always greeted, acknowledged and looked after by the team here (unlike other placed in Te Anau). George is so patient and kind to suggest alternatives and order items in a prompt manner.The selection of cosmetics etc is above and beyond for a small town pharmacy.Good job guys!

Best Pharmacy in Te Anau! It had everything I needed, from getting a prescription through to strapping tape for my knee. I was even able to pick up a gift for when I traveled back home

George was rude as usual as it was too close to closing time for him. Refused to give the proper prescription and pain medication because he just doesn't care or couldn't be bothered. Told me to come back in the morning. No one else in the pharmacy. Can't help that Doctor made me wait 30 mins before seeing him and tried to get to pharmacy as quick as I could. Unfortunately there is only 1 pharmacy in Te Anau and all of us sick people have no choice but to go to George. Maybe we need another pharmacy in Te Anau because if we did, we would go there.

Asked assistant if they had a certain medication as you can buy it overseas without a script. Was told she'll check with the pharmacist after he was done with another patient. We waited and the male pharmacist kept doing other things. Another assistant had to ask him again and he just told her no and that you need a script for that medication. The male pharmacist didn't even bother coming to ask us what we were using it for or see if he could recommend something else.Poor customer service

Incredible service! The friendly pharmacist went above and beyond to help me when the Southland Hospital prescribed my medication at a dose that didn’t exist. He took it upon himself to phone them to check that an alternative dosage would be fine. He then phoned them a second time to request a funding number, as the specialised medication was set to cost me $65. With his assistance, it cost me just $5.I’m extremely grateful for his considerate, helpful attitude. There aren’t many pharmacists who would go out of their way like that - thanks again!!

Excellent service! The staff was very lovely and friendly. They were very discreet and we discussed my problems in a private room. I felt very comfortable. 10/10 recommend!

The best service I have ever encountered. We arrived with an injury and he dropped everything to help us with a smile and a few jokes. He was so helpful and accommodating of us. Cannot believe the amazing hospitality and service. Very thankful!!!! Rosie and Jeremy
