Dean spent time with me, listening and understanding my queries. Unfortunately he didn't have the size boots I needed, but he said he'd rather I get the right size and be happy and recommended where to go. I got my board serviced and bought all my accessories as a thanks, and will go back here every time. What a great guy, and knowledgeable.

Super chill and knowledgeable staff, able to give me in depth and personalised advice on better fitted snowboard bindings, and then helping me to repair my old ones to sell off. Very reasonable prices for board waxing and tuning too. Best part is being open on the weekends too

Its pretty hard in NZ to source High Quality Wake Surfing gear and I was recommended to check out Ballistics , After finding exactly the Phase5 boards i was looking for, I purchased on the web site (on a saturday) - Dean contacted me straight away and advised he would ship them out on monday, I live rural in the South Island and the boards turned up by courier only a couple days later, Boards packaged and wrapped extremely well and now im ready for Summer and cant wait to hit the water -Highly recommend the team at Ballistics and the communication is EPIC - well done team I will certainly buy from you again
