I ordered a top online a week ago. A week later, still no communication from the store, I email them - only to get a reply stating they no longer have the stock and that I would be refunded. At this reply, after waiting patiently to hear from the store and receive the top, I was annoyed, wrote a reply that wasn't rude but stated that I was unhappy with the customer service. Below is the response I receive after doing nothing wrong! Their customer service is an absolute joke. I would never recommend this store, especially when there are other options out there, and will not be purchasing online or going in to purchase again.All it would have taken was communication from the store. If I could post 0/5 review I would.

Purchased a pair of apartment pants as I have recently had abdominal surgery and have been living in my PJ bottoms and shabby old trackies.. These pants are perfect. Lovely fabric and so comfortable, I am 182cm and the leg length is perfect. Great service from Chris at despatch who had my pants to me overnight and followed up my query (I had stuffed up my order). Thanks Chris. I just ordered another pair in winter weight for spring evenings.

I purchased a pair of Home Lee Sno Wash Jean's. The communication and assistance from the team was outstanding and they were exactly as advertised and delivered super quick.

Ordered 2 dresses, one almost a month ago and the other on the 24th May, website says due mid May, no correspondence or communication I have had to call twice to follow up and asked why I hadn’t been notified of delays, to which Chris, as previously mentioned in other posts, told me it was a logistical nightmare to contact everybody, in my line of business this is called, ‘customer service’ I don’t expect a phone call but an email update is the least they could do,First and last time ordering with them…

Although my first experience was positive and the service was ok, when I needed to return an item as it was faulty it was frustrating.I purchased something and the stitching unravelled on one arm, after one wear. I took it back on a weekend and was advised that I would need to be called. I explained that I wanted a replacement or refund and the person advised they were unable to do that because they weren’t allowed. Only after I explained conditions of a faulty item (which were displayed in the store) did the person try and call someone (after prompting to do so) and then basically advise they would cop the blame by replacing my item.Owners/managers need to train their staff to be able to provide the best customer experience no matter the day or who is in store.

First time visiting this store. Fantastic customer service. The staff member was helpful and genuine. We came in just before closing and felt welcome and not rushed. I ended up buy 2 additional things than what I went in for.

Great in store help. However, I would not purchase online from the store again. I hadn't received my order or had any communication after 1.5 weeks. When I phoned they said they no longer had the stock and that they would refund me over the next few days. Disappointing to not have any communication from them regarding this and to have to follow it up myself.

Really happy with the service in store, super friendly and helpful & a great selection. Also ordered items online which were personally delivered when I explained I needed them by the weekend.

This store does not operate in an ethical manner. BUYERS BEWARE when you order online they do not allow any refund. You are either stuck with the unsuitable purchase or a credit for another unsatisfactory purchase experience. Highly disappointing service and I will never shop with these people again.
