I had a great experience at the Karangihape road store in Auckland, great customer service, a lovely young man named Brodie was so helpful and knowledgeable, and helped me choose the right vape for me, fantastic service, couldn't rate them any more highly if I tried, 5 star customer service!

Amazed by the high level of customer service, 100% recommend!Initially bought one of the eldest and cheapest model of big vape, as I was newbie I didn't want to risk too much moneyEventually the vape died 2 motnhs after , so I came back to the shop: instantly upgraded with a better vape containing more recent technologiesHave been really well welcome by the salesperson, fine advices, a lot of explanation and question to provide me with the product the most adapted to my needsTO sum up, amazing customer service and really nice people, the place to chose!!thanks again guys :)

He was knowledgeable with the products, super nice and friendly to every person who walked into the store, and made me feel so welcome. A+ service, you have an amazing person on your team.
