I don’t know what’s happened but service has gone down hill so quick! I constantly get nicked around haven’t been given my prescribed amount of medication in a long while cause there’s never any in stock?? I’ve been given the wrong meds too and just every time it’s like going into battle to try get the things I need to keep me alive! I’m giving up and going to a new pharmacy.

We have been with Unichem Island bay for 8 years, and they have always gone above and beyond in their service for us. We have a child with a chronic genetic condition that requires ongoing medications prescribed by a range of different specialists. Unichem IB always ring to double check crossovers and dosages, and keep note of our daughter's allergies. Other customers/commenters should be aware that expired repeats, wrong dosages, and incorrect medicines are almost always concerns that relate to the prescriber, not the dispenser (I.E. the doctor, not the pharmacy).

Very uncommunicative. Gave them 2 scripts for repeat, and not told that one had expired by a few days. Realised the next day I didn't have one, had to ring through and be told on the phone that it had expired. It wouldn't have killed them to tell me that info in person.

After 6 years since tha last review I need to report that nothing has changed. This pharmacy is unprofessional and unhelpful. Pharmacists bury their faces in pills and hide from customers and when you eventually get to talk to one they are unkind and unhelpful.Be careful. They are notorious for making mistakes with doses happened to me twice that my child got too little antibiotic and had to repeat treatment. Now they gave us too few tablets and we got stuck on Saturday night... check what you get!
