Bridgestone Select

I had to get 4 new tyres and was able to get this resolved quite quickly at a fantastic price. Didn't realise how long it actually takes to do the tasks of fitting 4 tyres and a wheel alignment, but I'm very happy with the end result. Back to happy & safe driving!2nd visit:They offer WOF, so I tried them out yesterday. Took a bit longer due to backlog. Luckily, I went to a local cafe for lunch & a coffee while working remotely.

Great garage. Actually took a video while they were doing a Service and sent me the link so I could see if everything that was passed or failed.Staff are super friendly and incredibly helpful.If you get chance to buy one of the Bridgestone cards would recommend as well.

Great service. Didn't have what i needed on a Saturday morning. A set of bridgestone re003 245/45/17 . One phone call was made to another branch and problem was sorted. I should have booked in...my fault.

The team are really warm and welcoming. Their communication around my vehicle was really detailed and easy to understand. We have a few things to prioritise over the next couple of months with the vehicle but there was no pressure to have to do it now - that approach was really respectful. It is the reason why we choose to have our cars serviced by the Wairau Bridgestone team.

Thanks you guys! There was a bit of miscommunication with price, but they were willing to work with me. Came in for brakes and warrant with wof due today! I really was cutting it fine due to my own poor planning. Grateful to be able to get everything done today and car is safe and legal before school pickup, so overall happy :)

What a waste of money the $150 VIP service card is. The first time I booked a service they didn’t have a curtesy car as requested. It’s being constantly disappointed as, they charge on top of every offer they render as “free” even the tire rotation. Not accepting unopened oil refills so they can charge you x3 what is cost 100m away at super cheap, saying they cannot guarantee the product!Wouldn’t purchase again.

Had a puncture and my other tyres were worn down with low tread. The guy there was brilliant. Gave me four premium tyres, wheel balancing and alignment for the best price. All done on the same day. Would recommend this place to anyone.

The service was great. I had a courtesy car to go to work. After the inspection they sent a quick video of all parts needing to be changed and coming up. Very good

Booked an appointment at 8-8:30am for this morning. I got there around 8:25am, and the staff told me the appointment has be rescheduled due to staff illness. I understand we all get sick sometimes, but as a business you need to do better than that. Maybe hire more staff, reduce the appointments booked per day, or maybe just call your customer in advance before they arrive? We all have work to do, it is not easy to manage dropping the car on a weekday. I already bought a voucher, but I will just go to AA instead, really don’t want to go to this business ever again, the customer service is so bad. I don’t really give bad feedback normally, but they definitely deserve this one. If you want to use them, take my feedback into your consideration before you go!
