Just had the best cheesy garlic of my life A+

Constantly getting orders wrong,occationally not delivering and we'll have to call for them to get delivered (and even this sometimes still isn't enough to get our food delivered). avoid when possible.they were good when we first moved into wellington, but customer service and quality has dropped significantly

I have been eating dominos my whole life, didn’t realise this is how a cheese pizza and garlic scrolls look like. I am so disappointed in service and the food I received. My delivery time was supposed to be 05:07 PM today but i got my order at 05:45 PM and had to wait outside my house for 15 mins after getting told the driver is not far away. I have never been dissatisfied with dominos ever, but this branch proved me wrong!

Manager does not have any experience with online orders , and unable to help us to place the order. I believe, he required more training , so the store won’t loose any customers at all. Thanks

Ordered one pizza and a drink and it took 2 and a half hours to deliver. Flight was diverted usually pizza for the kids are a quick easy fix especially without a car. The pizza was ordered at 8.30 pizza didn’t arrive till 11pm

Its a great place to have pizza for decent price. They have a 8$ XL pizza which is awesome.Most of the college guys come here for food because its cheap and delicious.No where else you can have food for a family of 4 in under 30$ in Newzealand.

Great shop! 5 star ! tall man with curly hair helped me a lot, but some small guy there kept offering my missus drinks??? odd experience, i think he was named after a type of beef?? might want to look into that

Manager does not care about consumer law, literally told me several times after I stated that no stores policy can overrule consumer law “our policy doesn’t allow this”. The issue was I made an order for a stuffed crust pizza but they didn’t have any stuffed crust left. Instead of contacting me when they got the order to tell me they instead added an extra garlic bread to my order. When it was delivered I told the delivery person they accidentally gave me an extra garlic bread and they said I can just have it for free, no mention about the replacement for the stuffed crust. I then found the missing i crust and called the store. They said that’s why I got the garlic bread, I told them I’d rather have a refund but they said I already got the garlic bread so the refund wasn’t an option. I told them I even asked their staff when they dropped it off and they lied so they forwarded to their manager who offered a store credit. I didn’t want a store credit and under consumer law a full refund should be offered. They told me their store policy only allows store credit refunds and I wasn’t even getting a full refund. I went back and forth with TWO of their managers and they both kept telling me they will not give me a full refund and will only let me have a partial store credit refund, not even enough to order the same pizza I missed out on. Both of them knew it was against consumer law but neither of them cared. So overall knew they couldn’t give me what I ordered when they got my order, they then gave me something else on purpose and lied to me when I asked about the extra garlic bread, they then had both managers admit to me they are going to break the law and ignore consumer law and refused to escalate this to anyone else or offer me any other alternative. Thieves for the sake of their quota. Terrible management, terrible service and trying to force me to spend even more money just to use my refund which I am legally entitled to. This store is a scam I don’t know how many times I have had missing extras and they’ve refused to do anything about it. No wonder they’re managers are stuck working at a place like this

i love dominoes in curlytown, but young small man name augustus (i bad englandish sorry) kept insiting to give my sistor cheesy crust with angrus beef. Thankfully, tall man with curly hair by name fernandes told him to stop doing this again. i come again maybe not with sistor but me feel safe withs mr federico eduerdo matarello thanks mr curly
