I came in for a masage on late Sunday afternoon and paid $100 for a whole body massage.I have had massages with you before and been very happy but this time i had a young man who didnt ask how pressure was or if i wanted harder or softer. he didnt do front of legs and had no idea what he was doing with my head massage. he just ruffled my hair. I was freezing cold the whole time.I came away from this this experience extremely frustrated that I had paid $100 for a low to average massage and sent 2 private messages via facebook to them with no response.Not great.i felt he needed more trainjng and not happy with my experience at allwhat can be done about this? Thanks

Terrible massage!! I have been left with bruising over most of the top half of my back! Asked the man to go softer MULTIPLE times, he would for a few moments then straight back to the painful pressure. DID NOT listen or take my concerns seriously. Very unpleasant massage, do yourself a favor and avoid this place!!

Worst massage I've ever had, guy was rubbing my bones, I have bruisng along the top of my hips across my back. Head massage... more like a scalp scratch for 15minutes straight. Do not recommend! Regret paying $125 for this

A good massage, I highly recommend oil, it's just better!Could do with some ambient audio as opposed to the hubbub of the mall..Perhaps a heat balm to finish as an option, something like tiger balm or another anti-inflammatory balm.Started firm but really worked out those knots with pressure later! I do recommend for a stop in massage

Ramsey is amazing so ask for him.Hes knowledgable and his English is excellent.He fixed my lower back spasms over 4 weeks 3 years ago.Also to anyone reading this.. talk to the staff! Some are desperate to learn English interact so be part of their learning!

The service here is terrible they don't ask what the reason is for your visit and you may talk to one staff member and get another one all together for treatment.The chap I ended up with really seemed like he had no idea and spent roughly twenty minutes simply brushing my hair with his hands which I found awful and simply will not return to this store again.If a hair treatment is what your after maybe they could be useful for you but who knows.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I would put no starts if I could my girlfriend when here and her back is in so much pain days after, not to mention that the guy doing it was touching her way too low and had his package on her head DO NOT GO HERE!!
