I am very happy with my hair cut and root touch up. It was my first visit to the salon. Robyn really took time to listen to what I wanted and gave great advice.Very friendly professional service. Staff were very welcoming.

Karen was great. I went to her to fix a botched haircut from another provider and she listened to exactly what I wanted and gave great suggestions. Very kind and my hair came out looking amazing! She's very experienced with lots of different types of hair. If anyone is scared of their hairdresser not listening to them - go to Karen :)

Thank you Avier for coming to the rescue and saving my hair from the brassy yellow mess I was left with after seeing another hairdresser at a different salon.I am SO grateful to have come across you and ‘The Cutting Room’!You have restored my faith in hairdressers! I really appreciate you listening to me when I explained what I was hoping to achieve, and for taking your time and being so thorough (even when washing ALL of the bleach out of my hair, which I’ve found many other hairdressers neglect to do).I left feeling like a superstar and couldn’t be happier with my hair. Love going here for my hair. Jennieve does an amazing job and is very kind and friendly! (Photo is of me after my hair was cut and coloured by Jennieve). Karen (the owner) is lovely and always does her best for the customer. Cant wait to go again for my next appointment.

I booked in for hair colour and hair cut and ask for some layer as the last hairdresser ive been to didnt do a great job. I walked away with a fresh hair cut that suited my face, Karen cut and coloured my hair and took her time and did not rush at all making sure everything was in perfection. They charge a reasonable price and was definitely worth it. No wonder the reviews on this salon are just positive and amazing. Check it yourself. Kudos to this salon and to Karen!
