Cannot speak more highly of Collette, who unlike the big players (JB, Noel Leeming and Harvey Norman) would not honour their price match policies, Collette ensured a reasonable price was guaranteed, stayed on the phone whilst confirming important details and all in all adapted to all of the intricate requests I had for the order. Extremely happy!!!

Checked out fridge/ freezer combos today as my current one sounds like a diesel tractor and is on its way out. Stuart kindly came to my rescue and narrowed down my options.. Very knowledgeable, friendly, approachable and professional, most helpful. Ended up returning to the shop to purchase the item 10 minutes later..Chuffed with my new acquisition and very grateful to Stuart... great asset to the business .

I approached Extreme Appliances about buying an appliance after doing some browsing online. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I received excellent advice as well as friendly and efficient service. They really know about the product they're selling and helped me to make a fully informed decision before I spent any money. They then offered a great deal on delivery and installation, and the team that completed that work also exceeded expectations. Polite, friendly, accommodating and they did exactly what they had promised - including turning up on time! I can highly recommend the Albany team.

We went to look at specific items and ended up buying one which is a total investment for the future of our confectionery preparation.The staff a extremely friendly, helpful and the salesman was willing to spend time with customers and share his knowledge about the products.After finalising our purchase, the total package of service and friendliness is such a positive experience and one that sets the bar very high for other companies to follow.Definitely will highly recommend Barry and the team for current and future customer's to buy from them, good customer service is proof af a great business. Update review two star to five - owner has given me a call personally in regards to this little issue and I have to say his customer service and his dedication to make sure all his customers are treated fairly! Well done I’ll definitely be back.Forgot to post this for a while. We brought a new Bosch dish washer, one sales guys gave a pretty good deal but at the time of talking to him it was supposed to be a new dish washer. Then when we paid another guy served us and upon paying was told that the price discount was for the display one, we did argue when we talk to the other sales guy we were told a new one. The very end we weren’t happy but took the display one anyway. A friend asked us about our dishwasher as he needed to buy one as well. We told him where we got it from and he went there to purchase the same washing machine and was given the same discount but a brand NEW one! I don’t understand why there’s double standards towards me in this case.

I called in to the store yesterday, they were not busy, looking to purchase a new dryer, walked around the store twice looking like wanted to be approached to discuss what options there were and was completely ignored. The others were just standing around the counter having a chit chat. Been a loyal customer for years but I guess I'll head to Harvey Harman today. Pretty disappointed

After my washing machine gave up the ghost suddenly, Pier was invaluable helping me work through the decision of which model to get, as well as replacing my aging dishwasher. He talked me through the options and I am very happy with my purchases. Thanks Pier.
