We had our first visit with Ian yesterday. First impressions - very friendly, spoke to us in a way we could understand, discussed all our concerns etc, did a full treatment and my man left there feeling a lot better than when he went in! Overall, very pleased with our visit and will definitely be back again! Thanks Ian :)Had to give 4stars just because I wasn't aloud to record. This was his 2nd chiropractic treatment ever and the 1st one was more manipulation than back cracking so it would have been nice to record and then watch over later. Apart from that, excellent service.

Doctor Ian Kim is a very knowledgeable and hardworking doctor. During my first appointment with him he had already gone through my reports and was ready to hear me out regarding my aches & pains. After listening to me he explained what was wrong with my back using a model of the spine he has next to his desk. Then he examined my back and did adjustment after which I felt much better & was able to sleep well (without backache) that night. He treated me twice a week for two months.I must admit that I have noticed a lot of improvement in the condition of my back and neck.Doctor Kim has also explained and forwarded me Back & neck muscle strengthening excercise video links so I can strengthen my muscles and eventually get rid of the pain. My compliments to his staff Sean & Joy as well, who are very disciplined, polite, respectful and professional. I highly recommend Hamilton Chiropractic Center to everyone and wish the Center and it’s team well.

I'm fairly active working on our lifestyle block and every now and occasionally strain my back which resolved itself in a few days. A number of weeks ago I tweaked" my back getting of the car at work... yes. really.After about five days I booked in to see Dr Kim. I found the practice to be friendly & relaxed and after an assessment and initial manipulation

My mum had a fall 3 months ago. Since then my mum had difficulty to walk and constantly in pain. My mum’s GP only prescribed pain killer which didn’t really help my mum’s condition. We felt very lucky we found Dr. Kim. He explained my mum’s back pain was not caused by the compression of Lumbar vertebrae. This really gave us great relief and hope. Dr. Kim even patiently taught me how to gently massage the muscles along side my mum’s spine to release her pain. We are very grateful for Dr. Kim’s kindness and his help for my mum’s condition. Also the lady at the reception was very friendly and understanding. Highly recommend !!!
