Highly recommend! Tammy's combination of Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping), occupational therapy and life coaching has been so helpful. I've made more progress in the past 5 months working with Tammy than in the two years before that. I started my tapping therapy journey around 4 months ago after someone recommended Tammy in a Facebook group when I was looking for someone or something to help me work through big emotions and stress that was taking over my daily life. I am so glad they did as Tammy and her techniques are helping me enormously. Tammy is such a warm, friendly person, she makes me feel relaxed. I felt comfortable with her straight away even though I had never done tapping before. Although the process can bring up some tough emotions, Tammy works her magic and brings everything your feeling down a level at your own pace so you never feel like it’s too much or too intense. I always finish the session feeling great - feeling lighter and best of all feeling calm! I highly recommend Tammy and tapping therapy everyone should be doing it!
