Cosmic Lower Hutt - Vape Shop
Poor experience with the staff member working on Monday morning. I was hoping to buy a salt lamp product in store but was informed I would not be able to enter unless I left my 4 month old baby outside in her pram (asleep) due to the R18 restriction of the store. Although I respect the law around serving only customers over 18, my 4 month old was not the customer purchasing from this store. I feel that in my situation it was completely unjustified to be refused service. The situation could have been handled a lot more politely than it was by the staff member rather than being refused and embarrassed in the doorway of the retail store.
