Errol's Diesel Fuel Injection

Took my injectors in and they came back the next day good as new

Found Errols in yellow pages, phoned, talked to Mark, and was told around 1700-1800 to recondition the injector pump on a Nissan Terrano 3.2 Diesel. Took the car in, Errol then told me it would be between 2000-2200 + GST + Labour. We agreed on 2500 maximum including GST and labor in cash. They did the job and when I picked up the car the cost had changed to 2800 +. Drove the car home and was underpowered. On towing it struggled. Phoned and took the car back. This happened twice over 2 months. I then had had enough, as it had cost me $400 in diesel. Told them I was taking the car elsewhere. They didn’t like that. All Tech scanned car found the problem which was two broken wires that Errols Broke. All Tech were able to scan for the problem which Errols obviously didn’t have the equipment to do. Car now runs as should.They never treated me as a customer but more as an annoyance who didn’t know what he was talking about. Errol kept guessing what the problem was rather than diagnosing the problem we were experiencing, Errol even said it was a transmission problem and should take the car to a transmission specialist. Errol kept telling me how happy I was, I was happy to get the car back but very unhappy with its performance. Fixing the car ended up costing another $400. They all way did engage with me and wanted the car back however they were never going to find the problem, after all they had the car twice already. I would NEVER recommend Errols Diesel.

Friendly and very helpful, along with quick diagnosis of fault.

Gave me a suggested fix but basically told me to pick my car up went in cars dead had to come back the next day. Paid $100 for a suggestion. Polite people though.
