I must say I was extremely impressed with the service and meals we received from Orchard Thieves. We ordered ribs, burgers and a number of different pizzas and the meals were delivered hot and were exceptional. Well done. We will be back. BRILLIANT

Hi this is my first order from Welcome Bay branch.I am very impressed about the service and the taste! Pavitta the manager he is so kind and caring about the customer and prompt help. Actual shop opening hour is 11. 30 but somehow the system notified at 11. So my order was 11.15 which was made by mistakes. Anyway he is willing to ask me get a refund but I choose to be wait. It was worth it! Thank you Pavitta you make my Monday shine!!I am highly recommend this pizza.

Picked up 3x Pizza's (XL Ham n cheese, cheesy garlic, & cheesey with 3x chips) ordered online, was ready on time, delicious and hot, crispy base, chips were awesome!! Great prices!! Highly recommend!!

Unfortunately there’s no option for no stars. Placed an order at 6 o’clock for delivery at 7.30. Received at 6.20 after telling the delivery guy he was way too early. He told me they just told him to go. I then called the store and got nothing but abuse and lies from the manager. After this it had left such a bad taste in our mouth, we ordered from pizza hut instead so they can deliver when our children get home instead of feeding them cold pizza. Incredibly disappointed. Will never use again! Check out the pic of the rushed garlic bread!
