Do not trust this dealer company.The first, they took away the carpets matt of the car- I saw those carpet on advertising photos but when I pick up the car, no carpets matt.Second, they said the car had no problem, guaranteed no damaged. Actually, I can tell It been accident, damaged tail light and front- show on photos.Third, the car battery completely dead and no fuel at all when I pick up the car. Normally when I buy car from dealer company, the car alway have full on gas and been clean up.I tried to contact with them by email and phone, but no one give an answer. Just disappear. They just do not care.

The best car dealer in Auckland. Ticked all the boxes, friendly and good communication. Most important good customer experience. Ric and the team been very thoughtful throughout the process. I’d recommend ICAR if you would like to get an ideal used vehicle for yourself and family or friends.

very bad. i bought an outlander from them and they posted it was 4wd but i found out its not. and they have only 1 service center and it's in Auckland only so if you are not from Auckland don't bother waste your time. i had my car just for 3 days after i got it from ICAR and the smart key stop working and i asked them to do something about it but they are insisting to bring my car to Auckland. but my car wont start because of faulty smart key and im from tauranga. i brought my key to Mitsubishi service center and they asked me to pay 550$ and i told the ICAR about it and they just don't care . Alex is not a good person to deal with. not recommended and not gonna buy again with them.

Highly recommended! Very good customer service experience and after sales service were absolutely go above and beyond! Ric and David extremely friendly and helpful. They always understand my needs and concern and explained to me the prons and cons. No sales pitch but honest recommendation and advice. No hassle getting cars from them. If you think about cars think about them.

Fantastic experience! This was the easiest dealership I have worked with. I was in and out in 2 hours. iCar was efficient but also made sure that everything was covered at the best price in town. I recommended anyone to go see David！

I bought a lovely Nissan here last week. I really like ICAR, all the cars here are of good quality and cleaned up very well. The staff at ICAR are also very welcoming and responsible. They answered all questions carefully. ICAR is a great choice if you are looking for a high quality car and don't want to deal with too much hassle.

Icar is everything people hate about used car sales. 4 failures they did not fix. Twice they supplied a spare tire that did not fit. Second time I asked for payment of rental car while stranded and cost for a correct spare and they refused. Said I needed to return to their Auckland shop from Fiordland if I wanted a replacement!!! Missed my Milford Sound cruise. Cost me 4 days and hundreds in costs. Pay more some place else and you will be happier. And they are threatening legal action because of my review.

BE VERY CAFEFUL - CHANGED ENGINE IN 2 MONTHS - MT.ROSKILL BRANCHI bought the car in end of Nov 21 did the service in Jan 22 where my mechanic warned about coolant leak issue with my car, these guy didn't fix it and in another month had to change the engine due to overheating problem. It was with in 3 months but they used my mechanical warranty to fix my car instead of taking responsibility and I had to pay the excess money too. Before sales good and after sales is hopeless, very unethical people in the business.No guts to accept the fact that their cars are rubbish. So, people please be careful, don't throw your hard earned money.
