I don’t like writing bad reviews, but in the interests of avoiding future victims, I’d like to share our experience.In summary - if you’re contemplating using Kresta, please stop - read the review of countless others and save yourself the time and stress.Kresta will seem like a great company to deal with at the start - while they’re chasing your money that is.Bryan and the team will woo you with their sales charm, but don’t be fooled.Once you’ve prepaid - that’s where everything falls apart.Communication stopped completely. We waited so long (~6 months) we’d actually forgotten we had even ordered blinds.It was on us to prompt them for an update.When the product finally arrived, the quality was obviously sub-par. The installation was crooked and rushed.The bobbles used to operate the blinds came off on the first use. The ends of the blinds were just exposed wood, a different colour and style to the rest of the blinds (this is because they just ‘cut’ the blinds to size, rather than ‘make to measure’).We tried, again for months, to get in touch with Bryan and anyone from the team at Kresta to discuss what options we had to rectify the situation, but we’ve been routinely and consistently screened and ignored. Months of calling and emailing has proven fruitless.Needless to say, this has cost us not only financially but added needless stress and frustration.
We’ve had much better success with Mr Blinds - they deliver on time, with very good quality and customer support. We’re kicking ourselves for falling prey to Kresta’s false promises and wished we gone with Mr Blinds again instead.With that, I’ll leave it to you the reader to decide.

Bryan was friendly and gave sound professional advice. He was not pushy and let client make up their own mind. He installed our blinds outside of business hours to reduce disruption which suited us very well. Thank you Bryan.

When arranging new blinds and curtains for our new house I was very unsure what the best options were, Bryan came to measure and quote and was very patient and helpful while I flipped back and forth about what I wanted, he was supportive and thoughtful in his suggestions and careful not to overwhelm me with choice. The lovely man who came to install the rollers and curtains for us was also very friendly, smiley and efficient. Bryan also came and installed the Venetians one evening as they arrived after the rest, we really appreciated his attentive and friendly service. When we next need blinds or curtains I won’t hesitate to get in touch with Bryan and the Kresta team.
