If I could give them zero stars I would!!! Waiting for them to collect a parcel from my address for a “book a courier” it’s been 2 weeks and they havnt collected! I’ve sent emails and have rang them so many times and they don’t answer their frikin phones!! Not once!! $30 shipping down the drain! Not fair for the person who brought the package and shipping too!! I’d only recommend NZ post as they’re the most reliable. Aramex is completely useless. Have had other issues with them in past also from different addresses.

Tracked parcel not scanned so tracking number came back with delayed result. Parcel ended up stuck at a depot for a week with no attempt to advise me of arrival. Depot only open one hour on weekdays or rather whenever the driver gets there to open, unacceptable service, wont buy from anyone using this courier company again.

My husband does a lot of local and international shipping. This is the company he relies on for it all.There's a smart group of people who work here and they are on the ball. The employees are very kind and professional.We will continue to use them as long as we live in NZ!

A company I ordered from made the error of judgement using this company to deliver my parcel. The driver delivered it to the wrong house. when I managed to get through to the office, the person I talked to was helpful enough. But the when the driver turned up, he told me that he had delivered it to a house just down the street, and that they weren't home Told me it would be faster if I just went and got it myself. Not enough drivers. Poor record and handling system at the depot. I blame managment.

I wish i could rate 0 star! No one answer the phone, they delivered my kid's birthday present to a wrong address!! And i still don't know how could i reach out to get back my parcel, it's said signature obtained And delivered, But i can't find my parcel anywhere!! I have been waited for the parcel to sent from overseas for two months and they are my kid's birthday presents, i would rather they delay for another month than delivering to a wrong address! while at the same time i can't reach out for anyone could solve the problem. The worst company i have ever seen!

I was in an airline lounge listening to a gentleman" on the phone talking about how he needs to stand an employee down for a disciplinary meeting and that "he [the employee] needs to go".As an employment law specialist my eyes rolled in to the back of my head at the realisation I was listening to yet another manager/employer about to embark on a so called employment investigation with a predetermined ("he had to go") outcome.The "gentleman" and the lady he was travelling with went on to make separate phone calls introducing themselves as Mr. and Mrs. Spittle
