Very unprofessional. Just asked if they can do the rubber seal a bit nicer around the trim (as how they first got given it) and got very defensive about it, if you want to brag about doing it every day for a living, people wouldnt have to take the window back to get redone by these “professionals”. At least insurance paid them for it because I wouldn’t them pay them a cent. Very poor experience. If you guys put more effort in doing a professional job than you did at not taking constructive criticism well im sure you can better the business!Don’t recommend to anyone.

The windscreen replacement was greatly done. The only problem is the upholstery was slightly ripped (maybe on the process of taken off the old windscreen), however, could have been done more careful as the tear wasn't there this morning (I wiped down the outside of my car so I would know.. it's quite noticeable).

Helpful staff who know their trade. A little pricey but worth it for worry free service.Not worth booking using the online form because they don't tend to check it, so if you are wanting them to sort your car, give them a ring or they probably won't see your request. You will need to book in advance.

Windscreen replacement.They broke both front sides of my roof rack, they did not tell me. Only found out when I performed a visual check on pick up.Damaged the sunglasses holder where the rear view mirror is.(Does not close anymore)Damaged the windscreen wipers, they now make an excessive noise when returning to resting position.DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS

Booked a windscreen replacement with insurance claim on 26th Jan with Novus Manawatu. Finally got it done 6th March. First the receptionist at the call centre was suggesting a cheap knock off replacement windscreen, that didn't work. Second and third time the car dealer ordered the wrong windscreen twice. Got the call back, but had to be recalibrated twice with the dealer. Novus didn't replace the registration card, didn't even try to contact. Turned up to Novus trying to track it down, lost the registration card. Unapologetic and confrontational trade's man at the counter.
