Home | Strong (HIIT) & Zumba Mt Albert | We have 3 group classes per week and 2 different fitness programs: Strong & Zumba Fitness. Strong (HIIT): High Interval Intensity Training class with boxing and martial arts move sync to the music. Zumba Fitness: a cardio dance class combined with fitness moves.

Zumba w/ Silene -Mt Albert
This strong class is amazing. The instructors make it fun and very enjoyable. They care for their clients and help them with alternative exercises if someone is injured or is unable to perform a specific move. I cannot recommend this enough.Silene and her husband have changed my life and with their help I have lost so much weight.

Zumba w/ Silene -Mt Albert
I heard about Silene’s Zumba class when one day I picked up my daughter from her job at YMCA Mt Albert. The sound of Latin American music grabbed my attention immediately, and I said to myself I want to try that class". Silene has natural dance skills which she combines with her fitness skills perfectly. Her enthusiasm is so contagious that it is impossible not to enjoy the one-hour routine. I invite anyone who is looking for a very good Zumba class and a wonderful evening to join us on Monday and/or Thursday."

Zumba w/ Silene -Mt Albert
We were lucky enough to have Silene take a ZUMBA warm up for our Cancer Society charity event Walking Stars. The event was for 1000 participants. She was fabulous! We got so much feedback from people attending the event that the Zumba was lively, got the event started in a great way and really set a fun vibe for the event. We want her back for our next event.

For me it's the best Zumba class in Auckland. Silene is very professional and dynamic. Nobody moves like her. The class is full of flavour, it's a really good workout. The room is big and perfect to dance or to exercise.

Zumba with Silene is the best! She is energetic, friendly and has a way of putting a smile on everyone's faces. Since Silene is from South America, her dance movements are authentic but still easy enough to follow. For those who prefer body weight training or want to want to improve their fitness level,I would recommend her strong" classes.Either way

Zumba w/ Silene -Mt Albert
Silene has changed my life. Or I should say she has saved me. I joined her class since last year. My blood sugar has been dropped from 7.5 to 5.6. Zumba becomes more addictive to me. I used to skip strong class but now I can't wait to have strong classes~ Thank you so much Silebe and your parnter. I wish I could meet you earlier.

I followed Silene's Zumba classes during the lockdown period. Silene's classes were always fun to attend, and I felt very energised and much fitter after each class. Thank you, Silene!
