When I take time to go to yoga it's important to me that I'm getting the best out of a session. Cheryl's commitment to her practice and to her participants reflects the depth of her understanding when optimising positions. I recently attended an upmarket retreat in Australia and, sorry to say, the yoga teacher was, in comparison, ineffective.... frustrating after having experienced Cheryl's high quality teaching. Fully recommend.

I have been doing yoga with Cheryl for over 20 years and really do feel as though she and the classes, have enriched my wellbeing beyond measure. There are so many options to chose from during the week but Monday morning classes are non negotiable for me--I have to go! The studio is beautiful, I have made many friends there over the years and most importantly, Cheryl's expertise, encouragement, professionalism and passion for her students and their well being, are the stand out reasons for my commitment to her classes.

I love Cheryl's soundbaths - I've been lucky enough to experience 4 of them! She is a wonderful teacher, intuitive, nurturing, and welcoming. You instantly feel at ease in her presence. Her bowl and gong collection is amazing - if you can go to one of her soundbaths, do - theres no one else who has a collection like hers!

Cheryl is so incredibly nurturing and thoughtful. Throughout my injury she has been very supportive and helped me find alternatives to enable me to participate. Her knowledge is vast. It is the best yoga class I have been to.

Ive been to many of Cheryls delightful workshops and Sound Baths. Her workshop on Saturday was a wonderful experience learning how to use the different bowls and experimenting with their sounds. I thoroughly enjoyed and would highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of joining a class or session with Cheryl. Always a beautiful experience.

Cheryl's restorative sessions are like balm for the soul. I could literally feel my body opening up to receive.The sound bowl session that I attended showed the skill level that Cheryl has in this arena.Her unique way of weaving yoga and sound bowls into her work is a magic formula.I can't wait to attend some sessions again.

Absolutely love the intimate classes at the Yoga Studio. And Cheryl really knows her stuff. She's particularly helpful me regain function despite neck and back degeneration. I'm very grateful!
