So I deleted my bad review from a year ago only to write another bad one. The only good item was the chips. Said Battered Mussels on the menu but were crumbed and about 1/4 the size of normal mussels. Fish was terrible. This will be the last time we ever go here for food. Have been regular customers over the years but the food quality just keeps dropping. A few weeks ago we got a bacon and egg slice which was thrown out the window as it tasted that bad.

My experience of the Cosy Corner ,to be fair - is only based around Vintage / Harvest ...within that context it is an oasis of replenishment & calm. The staff are beyond helpful.

If you are hungry and you fancy a good hearty comfort food meal, this is the place for you. Mostly more than you can eat at good honest prices. Some may say it looks a bit rough and ready. But there is a really nice garden in the back. Round the corner there is off road parking and the staff are really great. Give it a try.

Great old school Kiwi village Cafe. Good coffee and poached eggs on toast. Friendly service. Good location on the main road. Nice to watch locals and road crews coming in for morning coffee takeaways.
