This was the best hairdresser experience I have ever had! Nigel is very knowledgeable, skillful and confident in the work he does and you can clearly tell the difference it makes to have your hair cut by someone who knows what they are doing! I am extremely happy with the outcome of my hairstyle. The shop is very clean and tidy; and the staff are lovely.I would 100% recommend to everyone, especially to the Curly Girls! You won't be disappointed :)

I recently broke my foot and they couldn't be more accommodating with washing my hair so I don't have to. They are the first name in curly hair and the stylist is a curl and scalp specialist that makes his own shampoo and conditioner and styling products. It's honestly a 1 stop curly shop. They don't just do curls but they are the OG of curl in nz

I had a disastrous hair balayage done here two days ago. I asked for a deluxe balayage so that my natural hair color would fade better into the blonde highlights I had but I walked out with brittle, broken hair and a coppery and very poorly done color. The blonde highlights she put in are streaky and look like chunky zebra stripes. I contacted Vivo and they’ve offered a in-salon treatment and colour correction. I informed them I’m in self-isolation and I am traveling next week and asked for a treatment they could give me that I could do at home but I was told that their offer for an in-house treatment stands so I have to wait another three weeks until I return for my hair to be treated. I am mortified that not only has this happened but that they can’t offer me a solution considering my situation.

Terrible customer service and rude staff. Insufficient booking times so staff can not meet the needs of clients/staff over worked and can't be bothered trying to assist clients.When booking appointment i gave options of what was wanting, even providing a description of my hair. Arrived at appointment to be told there was not enough time to complete either option. Staff member did not even try to accommodate and provide a solution.
