Browns Ski Rental

What a fantastic experience with Browns. Recommended by the Hilton, we took our 2 young girls to get them fitted properly. I also got a proper fitting and what's more, they delivered and picked up from the Hilton!!! All our kit was waiting for us to jump on bus and go and we didn't have to worry about dropping off. Plus, way cheaper than rental on the mountain!!!!!!

Hired snow boards, boots and kids snowboard and skis from Brown's June 2023. Staff were really helpful, gear was delivered to and picked up from our hotel and our gear was really great quality and comfy. Really happy with our experience, will use Brown's again :)

We had a great experience with Ant and the team. They are across the road from the ski bus which makes it easier to pick up and drop off early in the morning and late in the evening when returning from the ski field, (if you choose that option as the taxi couldn't fit 8 sets of skis,boots,poles) We also were given a refund very easily as we didn't end up using the 3rd day. Love the entire team very warm and friendly

Browns is the best! We come to Queenstown every year with extra teens that join our own five kids. The team at Browns are relaxed, professional and personable, and the quality of the gear is awesome. The shop is open good hours for those who have a late flight in and return process is easy. You can walk across the road to the shop if you want to make a purchase where there is also excellent staff and gear. We keep coming back!

Browns were amazing. Starting with reserving special rear entry boots for my arthritic toes. When we arrived it was crazy busy but they had a streamlined service. Even delivered skis to our hotel. Super friendly staff too.highly recommend

This place it top notch! If you want service, patience and excellent ski gear, this is the place to come to. I have 2 boys, first time skiers, and they were treated with utmost care and individuality. My husband must have tried on 6 pairs of boots, which was no problem to Rob, the guy who helped us. He was happy to go back and forth to suite my husbands needs. They were even happy to swap out skis the day after my husband tried an intermediate set and decided they were too fast for him! I have big calves and was given the most comfortale boots I have ever worn. Even after 3 days flat out sking, they were still comfortable. I highly reccommend this place and we will come back time and again... best part is, all our gear is recorded so we will be able to call ahead of time to request the same gear.

Great ski rental service and range of equipment in town centre. It was an easy process from booking online, getting all our fittings in store and quick return. Very professionally run store and would definitely recommend!

Don't go anywhere else! Outstanding service. They were very understanding and refunded everything when I found out that I broke my leg before our trip. They even refunded my partner's ski hire for that days that he didn't use (as he was helping me get around). The high quality service makes all the difference and is very much worth the extra dollars.
