My 80 year old husband went in today and asked for a replacement battery as his(rather old)phone wasn't charging. The assistant told him they didn't sell batteriesbut neglected to tell him the store next door did & proceeded to tell him his phone was riddled with viruses(true)& he needed a new,$400 phone.After a pause,he then added that he thought my non-techy husband should have a better"phone-$800!!Luckily

Tall Indian guy in the Spark Store is an absolute joke. Had no interest in helping me resolve my issue with Iphone. He was more interested in playing on his Computer. I brought the phone a few months ago (still under warranty). He suggested I go to a Phone repair guy to remedy the problem???

I took my 3 grandchildren in to buy them some summer clothing. Personally i like the super selection and prices at Postie Plus.The kids wanted to buy out the shop. Then we went to My Party Dress and spotted 2 gorgeous Princess dresses for the 2 girls. They were beyond excited so what could I do...buy them of course. Many Thanks to the Assistant for her adbice and patience when the kept changing their minds. I would highly recommend both stores.

Really disappointing service. Came in needing a phone repair. Told by member of staff I don't have authority over the account, I bought the phone, I set up the account but they wouldn't hear of it. 4 staff standing around no one bothering to come over even when I asked for the manager. I left only to get called 15 minutes later saying I can bring the phone back, I am on the account, they were looking in the wrong place on the account details. Sort out your staff training Spark.

I had been in Spark in Glenfield. I have got some serious issues about using spark. As a person who is terrible at using electric products. Two seniors staff came over and helped me figured out the all problems, their name are Robin and Zac. During the process of service, They were both patience, enthusiasm and serious. From my perspective, They are outstanding staff. That was really great service experience l have ever seen. ( l required their names before l left the store.lol.) Hopefully, see them next time.
