L'Occitane en Provence

The staff are friendly and helpful. I love their products. It’s a good place to buy a gift for someone.

Bought Almond Shower Oil from commercial bay store. Got home and dropped it (from hip height) and the plastic and lid broke (see photos). Emailed L’Occitane who apparently class this is as a customer mistake and not a faulty bottle, spoke to the shop staff who said “sorry, I guess that sometimes happens”. Did a little science test and dropped my other bottles from the same height (once finished and full of water, incase my floor is insanely hard or something), I can confirm no other bottle from Lush, AESOP nor body shop broke. Avoid this store, faulty products and TERRIBLE customer service. *side note, was able to scoop some product from the floor for my $80 shower, the product was nice, but alas not worth the money.
