Came here to get white long acrylics, off the bat all the lady's were talking and laughing about my choice, but besides the point. I got them done and they were all bumpy, not shaped right, and all different lengths. Not to mention they kept hurting my nails , sides of my nails nesrly bled She told me she was going to charge me extra because they don't do long nails which is odd because you work in the nail industry? Kept telling me my nails were to long and it wouldn't look goodTold me a specific price she would charge me then charges more

Just went for a gel mani/pedi today and it took 2 hours and it's a dreadful job. I felt sorry for the lady doing it was clearly she was very inexperienced, and no one offered to help her. Sitting in the chair for 2 hours to walk away with terrible nails is so disappointing

Service is friendly, well mannered and quick to accomodate. Great prices and able to take walk ins generally. One of my go-to mail places due to the price and quality. Highly recommend!

Staff Leave me alone(when doing at half way) and then gone for another customer. I have to wait for some staff finish lunch break.Never come back.

Went to this shop for a manicure and acrylic nail polish, am very disappointed as the polish didn’t last a week before it started to chip. I did no gardening and doing washing up or hand washing I use good rubber gloves. Went back to shop to try to get a refund for the poor polish used but the lady said no refund as they ask if you are happy when they finish if so that covers them for no refund. Under consumer act if the product is not fit for purpose you can ask for a refund or replacement.which they were not prepared to do. So I would not recommend to people I know their shop.

This was my first time going to luxury Nails and I had the best experience! still can't stop looking at my nails and I can't believe they're my real nails haha I love the shape,& colouring. Staff is also friendly if you are very new they will guide you in right way . I'll definitely be back! :D

Looked great when done, cracked nails after 36 hours, went back was told that they alway put two coats of top coat on nails, when I said I only got one I was accused of lying. Had to make a scene for them to try and fix, quick buff and two coats of top coat, 3 nails broken already 12 hours later.. 10 of them sleeping!!! Cheap nasty products that don't last... waste if $65 as will need to have them redone elsewhere.... BEWARE!!!!

I was very disappointed with their service today! The staff attending me was loud, rude and all throughout talking and arguing with other staff member. Her accent was strong and difficult to understand, everytime I said pardon me and she had to repeat herself, she was aggressively loud. I rated them best the few times I have been there but today’s experience has put me off them. There needs to be a manager on site who makes sure, customer’s get treated well and respectfully.
