We are staying at this motel in a disability room and it is very well suited for our needs. The staff are great and the room is super clean and well set up . Would will definitely stay again.

2nd time staying here. Always so friendly and welcoming.Clean and tidy and comfy and a great location. I left a shirt behind and they quickly posted it to me which was great. I will be staying again no doubt

This is the best motel I've ever stayed at. The cleanest, quietest, most relaxing place. Everything worked as it should. I very much enjoyed the spa. Great water pressure. Perfect location, being able to walk to dinner.

Great location in Clyde, spacious room and great kitchen. Nice outdoor seating area for having drinks with a group, we were a group of 20, so really nice to be able to gather and relax.Washing machine and clothes line available, which is great when on a motorcycle with few changes of clothing.Close to the shopping centre and a fantastic Mexican restaurant.

Lovely. Really nice rooms. clean, warm and comfortable and the hosts were really accompanying and friendly. If you're staying in cromwell I'd highly recommend

Carrick Lodge Motel
We booked one night to stay. The rooms were clean however the service was poor. We arrived to check in at 9pm but one of the owners called Di was upset and spoke to us in an condescending tone as we came late and didn’t respond to the messages sent ( however the app clearly stated that check in was 2-9pm) . Even with our apology, she disallowed us from cooking steak in one of the rooms due to the smell and told us that she wouldn’t open the interleading door that connects both rooms as we were late. She also emphasised on NZ rules thinking we were foreigners due to us being east asians. It was a nice room however regretfully it will be our last stay.

Clean, neat and well designed apartment. I stayed by myself for one night, and loved how clean all the glass was. The shower pressure and the bed was also very nice.
