I had a great experience in this shop, I'd like to know the name of the lady who was there, she did everything what she could to get me a sale item which was sold out on her store! Next day I've got the call she got it and it was being delivered from Auckland! A big thanks to her! Great experience!

Customer service wasn’t welcoming or helpful at all. I am a regular customer of Eastgate BBB, previously it was absolutely great, unfortunately today there was a middle age lady was bit rude. I was requesting to email my receipt, but she didn’t. Service wasn’t pleasant as well. Shop wasn’t busy today, they wasn’t crazy busy at all.
