Every time I've headed to the electronics area the staff there seem to be very low in number or too busy to help customers. The service isn't very friendly, I waited around for a good 5 minutes to be served, no eye contact or customer service so walked out.

Staff members play on the telephone and do not help when you are looking for something. Harvey Norman's service used to be like Noel Leemings back in the day with professional staff and managers.

I had to drop off a package returns for TheMarket. The staff Anu was very friendly and kind and guided me when I was confused at the entrance. I wandered about and find some cool stuff which was on my list. There are a lot of offers and new phones out too. Thanks Team.

Absolutely useless. How are you supposed to buy anything that's locked in a cabinet, if there's no one around to serve you. All standing around with their hands in their pockets.
