Clinical Massage Therapy
Mitch is one of the best massage therapists I have seen for injury prevention as well as maintenance. She is knowledgeable and truly cares about your well being, goals and outcomes. She is a former athlete herself so understands your training needs. She is dedicated, passionate and you can feel she loves what she does. I would highly recommend her.
