We tried our first fish and chips in Auckland and no doubt it was best. The snapper with chips and lemon was good. The only disappointed thing is you have pay extra for garlic or tomato sauce.

Delicious fish and chips. Owners very friendly and allowed us to eat inside as it was night and chilly outside . Would recommend this place

No words can describe how awful this place is.It was busy and hectic. But this folks... is $15 worth of chips after we confirmed and ordered for 7 people. Awful service. We were not the only disappointed customers today.

Beautiful Fish and Chips!Unlike some takeaways, you eat what you've ordered instead of just batter. And also, the batter at Catch 22 isn't oily either. It is a little bit more expensive than most takeaways, but honestly, you get your moneys worth. 10/10.

I've visited this fish and chip shop three times this year. Previous visits resulted in overcooked schnapper and terakihi fish fillets.Today I gave useful feedback: please don't overfry the crumbed fillet. They didn't and I was glad.Ate the fillet before I thought to snap it. Tasty with lemon; eaten outside.
