Cheviot Park Motor Lodge
Highly recommend, we walked in just before 9am and got a room for 5 people easily. We only stayed overnight but this place was great, right on SH1, has a pool for the kids, staff are super nice and friendly. Room was so clean and had everything you needed. Best 1st experience and will definitley be booking again. 10/10

Lovely & clean large Room, beautifully done. Lovely lady at Reception and very helpful & friendly. Allowed me early check-In 2 hours early. Coffee, Tea, Hot Choc, shower soap, shampoo etc. Cutlery, crockery, microwave. I stayed in the accessible room and it was lovely having the walk-in shower, handrails and plenty of room to to move around the unit. Loved it. Will stay there again.

Cheviot Park Motor Lodge
Stayed on our way travelling north because last time was a great experience. This time was no exception. Quiet, clean, comfortable and well appointed. On the way back, we were caught out by the weather, unfortunately they were booked solid but took the time to find us a motel of equally high standard. With 85 % local occupancy their help saved us time, money and stress . Very much appreciated all the service and assistance.We will definitely book Cheviot Park Motor Lodge again.

We have spent a number of nights here after a last minute unexpected trip to Whangarei on the nights our room was unavailable other accommodation was sorted for us. The owner/staff couldn’t have been more helpful and we are extremely grateful for the small things they did to help make our trip go more smoothly. Great rooms very clean laundry available, stored fridge items for us excellent communication. Thankyou so much for everything we would highly recommend. Walking distance to hospital dairy fish and chip shop etc.

We had a lovely one night stay here. We called and booked same day. The receptionist was very kind and offered suggestions on where to go about grabbing dinner in town. Would definitely stay here again for the stellar service and clean room.
