First time experience, out of town purchase, very competent and thorough person from the premises, asked all questions regarding my requirements plus payment details concluded the phone call that my parcel could be at my designated place the next day.It arrived mid-day securely wrapped at my destination and were exactly what I required. I have no hesitation in recommending their service.

After doing business with this business to the tune of $150, I called again for another part. As it is the customer's right to ask for a better price, I did. This resulted in the manager completely changing his tone of voice.I turned up to collect the part and found that some unnecessary bits were supplied and asked if they could remove it and supply the part at a cheaper rate. The answer was I can take the bit off and still charge you the same amount." (No thanks)Just because you have the monopoly in town does not mean you have the right to treat your customers like they are an annoyance as opposed to potential loyal customers.Congratulations on your first Google review ;)"

Called up and the man who answered was very rude and didn’t help at all not impressed with service

Lacked following up with me as to whether they could find the product l needed. They could've rung David Jones Motors here in Whanganui as they did actually have one. I found it myself. But lovely staff and friendly.

I have dealt with this company 3 times now and have found them to be very helpful and their prices to be quite reasonable especially when i compare them to similar businesses i have used when up in Auckland.

Very helpful to guide me into the correct piece and a decent price as well. Thanks team.
