Cross a bridge near the old pump station and the falls are very picturesque. Carry on up the road a short while and turn into McLaren Falls Park.Walking tracks through many different types of bush/trees/open. It's gorgeous. Can camp there too

There is limited parking on the lefthand side of the road just before the bridge. Additional parking after the bridge further up the road. You can view the falls from the bridge or walk on top of the rocks and get a close up view. A beautiful spot, with so many photo opportunities

Really great waterfall with lots of character. Can scramble down from the bridge and walk around the rocks. Across the road is a track that takes you to the bottom with a view under the bridge back up to the cascades

It was so pretty. Apparently during weekends it gets so busy you can’t find a park. So would recommend going on a week day. Pretty views, nice day. Will definitely be back

Had the right footwear, gumboots, to visit during winter. I was able to clamber on to rocks and step in shallow water without getting wet feet. No one else there on a beautiful sunny morning. Absolutely gorgeous!

McLaren Falls
A surprisingly spectacular sight. There is also of water moving through a very small space. The new walking bridge lets you admire the sight without having to watch out for cars. The bridge traverses over the gap which is again surprisingly deep. The bridge also has a bit of a spring in it which may spook some people out. There is limited carparking rght next to the falls however there is ample parking just up the hill.

Beautiful spot, great for exploring in summer - a sight to behold in wet season. They open the dam every second Sunday, which is awesome. Lots of lovely walking trails and picnic spots here, beautiful.

Spent a couple hours here with the kids jumping off rocks into the water…we all loved it! The nearby cafe was quaint but tasty. Petting zoo was average but a fun walk around.

Awesome area to wander around watching and listening to the power of the water moving down the gorge. Stunning place.

McLaren Falls
A lovely little waterfall with lots of different paths. Note a dam up-stream limits the flow, but this is opened sometimes during the year, causing the stream to flood at much higher levels than shown. A great place to explore. Photos with more water were taken Feb23 after the cyclone, while photos with little water were taken April 23
