Chopmate
I bought an end grain rimu chopping board from Lindsay about six months ago and it's great. Beautiful board, hasn't had any issues (I've maintained it with mineral oil), and works great. Easy on the knife edge and a pleasure to chop on. And priced well, good value for the quality.

We bought a large Elm block. Absolutely love it. Now lives permanently on our kitchen top. Impressive to present pre dinner nibbles on as well. Highly recommend.
