This caltex in te atatu south is very expressive although it has awesome staff

Had to surrender my cellphone to the cashier before she would unlock the pump so I could fill up due to them being on prepay?I had offered to prepay $120 (estimated how much it would cost to fill up) but she said the limit was only $99. Never experienced such a thing at any other petrol station. Emailed customer service to enquire. The gist of it is: Their petrol station, their rules.Update: The manager of the station got in touch and apologised and said it is not policy to hand your phone over to fill up. The staff member serving that day was a trainee and had experienced a few 'drive offs' on her shifts so was being extra precautious. Appreciate the contact as I wasn't expecting it.

Discounted diesel clean and tidy.had a long wait very busy

Good petrol station - right next door to Wendy's and a bottle store so you can also stock up on other essentials too.

Waited 2nd in line at the night pay to get some milk. The first customer before me had to knock on the window to get the workers attention, after serving him, he goes back to mopping straight away. Completely ignored me, no acknowledgment or communication. I knocked on the window multiple times and he just nodded at me and continued mopping. No customer service whatsoever- needs some work team. Won’t be wasting my time here again.

Great location, handy before the motorway on ramps. Certainly makes it easy to pull in, gas up, leave then hit the motorway. Job done.

Wont let you fill up and is pre pay only. Not only that, but you cant buy more than $99 of fuel at a time. Will avoid like the plage in future.

Lazy staff that don't clean the forecourt but it's okay cause my car gets gas and that's all that matters rn.

Handy location, entry and exit difficult when traffic builds up with main rd , seems well overdue for a upgrade & improvements
