Lovely spot by the river. So close to the main road on the way to Nelson. Not so big but have enough place for around 10 vehicles. It has one non-flush toilet. According to the sign there, it may flood in case of heavy rain. So keep that in mind.

Lovely spot. Very curious cute cows and what looks like their own pet goat with a collar on! Peaceful spot by the river. Some.parking spaces sheltered by trees.

Lovely spot by the river. Recent work means only six vehicles can park here now. It can flood in heavy rain.No overnight camping/staying allowed here anymore.

Nice free camping spot. As it’s free, there isn’t running water and a surprisingly clean portable toilet (but still smelled a bit). The bugs were a bit bad but it’s great for a night or two! You have to get there before 7pm to get a good spot, every nook and cranny is crammed later In the evening!

Nice little parking area by the river with toilet. Room for about 10 vehicles and 2 tents surrounding a short road to a turning circle. Close to the road so can be a bit noisy in the morning.
