Left 2 pairs of shoes and 2 bags that needed stiching as the handles had come away. One pair of shoes were really on their last legs ( pardon the pun) but Graham did an excellent job to give them a bit more life. As always courteous and prompt service. Highly recommend. Thank you.

My partner does not have a google account but insisted I post this review on his behalf: -Graham is a man of integrity and I have a huge amount of respect for the way he conducts his business and looks after his customers.I came to Footstep Shoe Repairs after seeing the abundance of positive reviews with the intention of getting my 10 day old boots stretched. I had the unfortunate circumstance of having been incorrectly sized for a pair of R.M. Williams boots (comfort craftsmen) at a big retailer in Christchurch They were too tight in the pinky toes and causing me significant pain. I was talked out of buying the size that felt comfortable in store by the sales clerk (the wider fit) for the normal fit as I was assured the boots would stretch". A warning to prospective buyers - they don't! I only had the boots for 10 days and they were causing me agony and my ever so slightly larger right foot was not thanking me.Graham took one look at my boots and after telling him the above he immediately advised me to take the boots back to the retailer I bought them from and try to return them. He didn't take a dime off me. He said they was no guarantee the stretching would work and he felt I had the wrong size

Amazing and efficient service from Graham at a very fair price. He also listened to me, which is crucial as my feet have very specific needs, while also providing a range of options. He came up with a very good solution for my dress shoes which needed resoling and regluing. The shoes were custom made for my feet. The new soles have greatly enhanced the comfort of the shoes, and to be honest the shoes are now what I always wanted them to be and feel like. So many thanks Graham, and I'll definitely use your services again.

Kia Ora guys. A bit gutted. I recently got my boot zip replaced after having the first one replaced well I went back to get the other zip done. I was moving to Melbourne so stoked that I could get it fixed before hand, but have arrived and unpacked to find that they weren’t sewed up again leaving a whole in them. Very gutted as I can’t come back to get them sorted.
