Very relaxing experience working out the different Merlin options with Bruce .Settled on a bespoke package with a high end , quality component mix that suited us , including having the garage door factory insulated .Bruce even made a special trip , to drop off wood for the garage support , so we could pre paint ready for the install .On the install day , Bruce and Brendan beautifully finished the work and took away the old rusted door as well . 5 star work and experience. Recommended.

Based on one phone conversation, with a person called Bruce, I will not use this this company or ever refer them to anyone else. I did not know how serious my door issue was so explained I was hoping to get someone out on the same day. When I told Bruce I had contacted another company who could not come out on the same day he said So you are one of those

Pleased to highly recommend Bruce's services. Gave a price we were happy with, had the parts in stock, was able to help within a couple of working days, communicated really well, turned up when he said he would, and installed the unit like he'd done it a thousand times before (which I think he probably has). Straight-forward and great to deal with also. That's not always the case, and I'm pleased to credit those who do the essentials very well indeed.
