I've had more than my fair share of injuries over the years and tried a number of physio's in the area. Alofa Physiotherapy has been my most successful at finding the cause of injury and get me moving correctly again. All the rehab movements are demonstrated and clearly explained before leaving. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else now. One stop shop! Thank you Tylah x

If you are looking for a physio, I would 100% recommend you to come and see Tylah at Alofa Physio with any injuries or rehab to any of my whānau and friends. She is friendly and knows her stuff. You will not be disappointed with the results. I would also like to give a massive thank you!!
