Chatime

I'm not sure if it was the time of day, or what - this was, without a doubt, the most disgusting bubble tea I've ever had - if I hadn't had so many amazing bubble teas in the past (from Cha time - no less) then I could understand never wanting to have one again. The drink was watered down completely and very nearly tasteless. If I hadn't paid so much, I would have just thrown it away (or gotten a refund if I wasn't already on the road before realising). Also the woman serving was using her mouth to break the tape for the cup / machine, which was really shocking to see considering all the sickness at the moment. The wait time was also really long considering it was just one other customer before me. Would never go here again if I was going to get a bubble tea.

There are continuous reviews about the older Asian lady manager who is still there. We refuse to go back there because of her rude behaviour and unhygienic practices. Go to “HiTea” the tea is much better and the service is exceptional, especially compared to Chatime

The worst bubble tea I’ve ever had. Chatime in Auckland are quite good but this one is 0/10. The bubbles weren’t boiled properly and tasted like rubbers. The milk tea was watery with so much sugar even I ordered the least sugar level. Not recommended. Will never go back again.

I ordered a Passionfruit QQ which I thought was very delicious. The service was superb from this young lady who kindly waited as my wife and I decided. We were super indecisive as there was too many yum looking options. All on all a great experience.

I had a bad experience here. A small Asian lady who worked at around 17:15 on 10th March was extremely rude. She never smiled and just told us “pay!”, she looked somehow super unhappy. She dropped one plastic cup, so I helped her pick it up and passed it to her, but she just grabbed it roughly, didn’t say anything and ignored me. Surprisingly, she returned the dropped cup to the stack of cups intended for further use instead of discarding it. I could not believe it, she never consider the hygiene. I recommend you not to visit this place and I will not visit there ever again.

regardless of all the 1 stars, i rate 5(: Always and have only tried the earl grey with boba , theyre never stingy with the amount of boba although if you like more fluid can just ask. quiet but lovely staff xx

The worst Chatime store in New Zealand ever, in my life. The main issue is the customer service from the lady who always there. I don't know her name but she always look unhappy and never smile to customers. I visited 2 times yo this store as I just visited Wellington. Compare to Auckland and Dunedin store, they're ways provides excellent services and high quality of the drinks. My first order was taste so bad, the milk tea and the pearl. Yesterday I redeem my birthday free drink, she said because my member card wasn't come from Wellington store so they actually can't give the free birthday drink. But she said OK I'll give to you." with unhappy face. i don't understand why I can't use my loyalty card in any store in New Zealand. Definitely I would not recommend this Chatime store to everyone. They should remanage all the system and the service. So sad..."

Hi Wellington people, I have ordered two Taro milk Tea from them and the powder they mix to make tea wasn’t dissolved when I have tried to contact them back they say they can’t do anything about that and when I asked them that I want to talk to their boss they being very rude to me!! Be careful with your choice!!
