Purchased a floor lamp, the fitting where the bulb went in became brittle over time and broke into pieces, the bulb was supplied by the store and led so fit for purpose. Not very impressed when the lamp retails for $299 and its now out of its 12 month warranty.

There's a sign at entrance stating to wait for a staff member to accompany us. After waiting a few minutes and seeing two staff members chatting at the counter, I called out to see if we could go in the store. The man looked up and said yes, as long as we had signed in. We were in the store for close to ten minutes. When we left, the two staff members were still chatting at the counter. Clearly discussing roster hours. Surely customers should be priority? We won't be going back.

wasnt helpful - doesnt even stock simple light fittings, looked at our light shade like it was a 60's hunk of poo and proceeded so say they had nothing available. Sorry my design taste isn't up to your staff's expectations.... :/

Sue gave us great service. The light we required was not available in the shop so she obtained one from their warehouse and couriered it out to us at no cost to ourselves.
