Was appalled by a comment made to me by a staff member called Sharon, I live out of town so I called up and payed approximately $400 for 2 mirrors for my hair salon.A week later I went to the nelson store to pick them up, I said I was there to pick up 2mirrors which I'd payed for, this woman replied yeh u look like u would be buying TWO mirrors"Unbelievable

Went to Nelson store looking for bamboo sheets that had been advertised, they did not have any left, but the service they gave me was incredible. They checked Nearby branches, and found some in Christchurch which they promptly ordered for me, and organised delivery. Great staff, great service, highly recommend. They were delivered last week, quality appears excellent, [just waiting now for fine weather so I can wash them before using....]

It's several times I come to this shop over the last few years and the ladies are always so welcoming and helpful. Even my partner was surprised how nice they are to deal with, they always try to help us if we have a problem or if we don't find what we need. We also like the regular discounts and regularly find what we are looking for. A real feel good shop!
