I recieved an eyebrow + face treatment this afternoon. I was recommended Henna for my eyebrows and I'm so glad they were recommended to me! My eyebrows are so clean and flush! Thank you so much Namrata :)

Absolutely fabulous. Skilled, efficient work. Gave great advice on my skin especially. As someone who rarely gets beauty treatments and lacks the time to invest in reading up on them, I really appreciated their expertise, and the fact that they’re open on a Sunday for those of us with no time free during the week.They’re located close to the Victoria Street entrance to the mall.

My first visit to this location was wonderful. Great vibe and friendly, helpful staff. had a waxing appointment with (Neetu). I can’t say enough good things – pressure was perfect and she worked like a professional. I’ll be back for sure.

Today I had a haircut by Heyum - what an outstanding hairdresser. Listened to what I required and gave me an awesome cut. She did a brilliant job, I will certainly be getting my hair cut again by Heyum - so clever, so professional and ever so polite. 5 stars plus for Heyum

Kess has been my go to spot for the past 2 years. They provide the best service and cater to your specific beauty requirements. Namritha does my full face wax every month and never once has she disappointed me. I always come out of the salon feeling beautiful and confident. She engages me with conversation to make me feel comfortable during the process. The results from the full face wax is always perfect and I get so many compliments for my 'even eyebrows' thanks to Namritha. Karen is my hairdresser at Kess, and she understands that I have curly hair and cuts my hair accordingly. This has enabled me to style my hair with ease as now the length of my curls are not too short or not too long. Thank you girls for the awesome service!! Will definitely keep coming back.

I booked my daughter in to Kess Centre Place, and the guy Vicky who did her hair did such an amazing job I decided to go and see him for my hair. He knew the colour I initially chose would be too dark and recommended another, which turned out to be perfect.But I knew that he really knew what he was doing when he started to cut my hair. I have very frizzy curly hair and he knew how to cut it. This guy is an awesome hairdresser, and the staff are lovely.
