Ultimately i got charged $680 for my headlights to be polished and 2x failed wofs as they kept pushing the time for 2x sway bushes to try get me to pay for a 3rd wof . After 78days from first taking my vehicle in fpr a WOF i finally decided to leave it as is and go somewhere more professional.

A very nice lady supposed to call me around 4:30 to pick up the tyre that was punctured. She didn't call so I decided to pop over to check if it was ready. The shop was closed, after few minutes the guy came, give me the tyre back, charged $46.00, and said sorry we can replace it because the tool has no more pressure anymore.

Alex helped us out to the MAX !! Our brakes failed us over the weekend and within 24hrs parts were delivered and we were back on the road safely with the kids. Thanks so much!!

No idea what these other reviewers are on. Customer service is fine but pricing on services and basically any labour is reaching extortionate prices. If people think these are great prices they need to step outside of Te Atatu more often. Just got work done there as its local and was desperate. Turns out a 1 to 2 hour job took them 5 hours" what an absolute joke."

This shop caused significant damage to our front windscreen in the process of our brake booster replacement to the point the entire front windscreen has to be replaced and they denied causing it!We know for a fact it was not damaged prior as the window has so much condensation now plus it would most likely have caused damage or moisture build up from all the storms and flooding recently.Would not recommend, covered by insurance so wouldn’t be writing this negative review if they were just honest about it. Will be finding a mechanic with integrity next repair requirements.Wish I read these reviews first.

Just saw my mums invoice from this place as she hid it because she was embarassed she let this happen. She was charged $846 for a service and WOF check. Line details were extortionate $38 for a spark plug!! Then they quoted her over $1000 for new brake pads. Avoid these guys like the plague, they take advantage.
