What's not too love walking in nature with all the birds and geese . My favorite are the Kingfishers that flit in front of you. Great place to walk and reflect.

Solid part of town, good beach, good park & walking tracks. As with alot of the east side worth checking the wind direction if your going for a picnic due to the proximity to the poo ponds - particularly important at the time of this review due to the fire damage to the poo ponds facility.

The light effect on the waters is stunning at times. The birdlife, especially the black swans, are so delightful to watch. Saw 2 chicks this day.

What a gorgeous place to have a walk at sunset, Just be careful you don't get stuck as the water comes in quickly and can obstruct the path completely, This can however be a fun game for the kids.
