Streaks ahead of the competition both in terms of the quality of the wax, the professionalism of the staff and the overall experience.No broken hairs and ingrowns a month later, and every effort is made to tidy up the ones you have with the minimum of pain & skin damage.Best of all - they are all nice people. Real women who have your back on a day when you are down... their random acts of kindness can turn a day around.Never go elsewhere!

I was recommended OFF and ON by a friend as she raved about the service she gets at the North Shore salon. Being my first time getting my brows done there i had high expectations. I expected to get measured up to help with evenness of my brows as this was the one thing i wanted. I did not get my measured or brows trimmed, just some waxing and plucking and the treatment felt rushed. I did get henna brows which looked great and lasted for a couple of weeks.

I would rather have my brows not done that go anywhere else!!Everything from the service to professionalism and friendly atmosphere is perfect, from start to end of my visit always consistently great service and results.The entire team is amazing and I trust them all.

The ladies there were welcoming and efficient! It was my first time getting my brows done and my brow arist was Rachi (I may have spelt her name wrong). She talked me through the procedure well. She was professional, easy to talk to and she mapped and coloured my eyebrows exactly the way I wanted it! I will definitely come back!

I recently had the pleasure of receiving hair removal laser services from Keisha. From the moment I stepped into the office, I was greeted warmly and felt comfortable. She was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the procedure and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The results have been amazing! My skin is smooth and hair-free and I couldn't be more pleased. I will definitely be returning to Keisha for future services. Had my first laser treatment with OFF & ON yesterday - I was nervous about the pain, but my technician lizzie had explained everything really well and talked to me throughout the treatment which really helped to distract from the laser. The space felt so comfortable and clean, all in all a great experience and I will be back! Highly recommend OFF for a professional and comfortable laser experience.
